Mr. Perry M. Portis, 65, of Steubenville, Ohio died December 17, 2017 in Steubenville.
He was born August 13, 1952 in Steubenville, son of the late Elroy Portis Sr. and Mary Simpkins Portis.
He is survived by one daughter, Monica (Brad) Yelder, Steubenville, four brothers, and sisters, and three grand children, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Special services will be scheduled following the holidays.
